Hello to all Private Media Group shareholders (symbol PRVT on the OTC Board). The company has NOT given financial newsreleases in over 3 years, it is on a trading suspension that may or may not have been lifted and the stock value is practically worthless. I have attempted to contact the company and the CEO Charles Prast on several occassion and my calls have NOT been returned. With this in mind, i strongly urge that the remaining share holders put forth a Class Action Law Suit to recoup all or some of the monies we have fraudulently lost over the last few years. I am not a lawyer but it appears that something is seriously wrong with this company and there appears to not be any transparency whatsoever. They still make porn and their websites are up so we must all assume that they are making moneys or they would be totally out of business. I have personally contacted the Securities and Exchange Commission of the United States of America and the best avenue to go is via a Class Action Lawsuit of which we have 2 years to launch said case. I will attempt to contact a U.S. Law firm since i am in Canada. Please contact me and spread the word in order to get more people on board. I firmly believe, although i am not a lawyer so don't quote me on ANYTHING i wrote on here, that something is VERY wrong with this company and we as shareholders have rights to recoup the moneys (or a part of) that we have lost through either fraud of some sort or just plain ignorance from this company that does not even return calls or emails and has been suspended from trading.
