I agree, ive been excited about the Russian properties since it was announced... The reason why i brought up the Carlin Trend is because it already produces $$$ and will become even more profitable as the price of precious metals grows... Also, from what i gather, Newmont is close to expanding onto more of EMXX royalty land which will continue to grow the royalties and underlying value of these long term cash cow properties.

One of their partners, like Newmont, Freeport, etc could be looking to buy them out now that metals are heating up again, or at least purchase an individual property... before the value of these properties gets too rich.

This is seriously undervalued, but it needed precious metals to heat up for new interest to acknowledge it. All the forces are aligning now.
