Disney has the resources to fully vett POW! before purchasing 10% and is very experienced in the matter. It's hard to believe Stan, Gill, and Art could have fooled them. I suggest you take your own advice. Contact Disney and see what they think. Because they are still backing "The Zodiac Legacy" project. Even came out with a special pin for SDCC.
