Heard from Don Sable with the Shareholder Equity Committee and they are currently in Houston working with their team in order to prepare for depositions and the hearing Monday afternoon. They are doing all they can to represent the shareholders and hope that the judge will listen to them. I am certainly very thankful to them for the time, effort and investigative research that has been obtained to help fight this unnecessary BK.
