New CEO took everything for himself and didnt even leave a scrap for current shareholders. Call him up and ask him why he did that. Reverse splits tank penny stocks everytime. New CEO decided to announce a ridiculously large reverse split and tanked this stock. Thats what killed this one, the reverse split. The stock price was .019 before the reverse split filing, .0021 a few days after the filing.
