New CEO, who did not create any of those , he took over in 2007, was called Global Beverage, name changed that company because everything was in horrible shape , and only sold the old beverage company and cleaned all of the toxic debt up, all of the old bad debt is gone, and the new company now has a license deal with HillyBilly REAL BRANDS. The mission has not changed, now they have HillBilly license deal and they are focused as far as we can see.

HENRY FORD filed bankrupcy 5 times before he made it work, all the same company the entire time.
