Dan, you're so full of crap - IF they wanted your technology
they'd just use it and have you sue them in court to get
any restitution.

The reason why they're not burying you right now in court is because
they don't want to use the technology - they know how much it
costs small companies IF they had any use for the patent:

And since your technology was allegedly worth more than $25 million
to Naldogen (wasn't it supposed to be?), it looks like that would
cost at least $5 million to prove to be valid and infringed in court.

So the reason why you're not in court defending your IP is because
nobody wants it! They're not even asking for a IPR reexamination
because there's no interest.
