We have seen this happen on other tickers of yours, and then without explanation the lockup seems to dissolve into meaningless drivel and shares fly around with no restraint.
How can this happen?
Thoughts?

Although, these shares were already under a multiyear lock up agreement, we felt that is would create a much better shareholder value and a greater vote of confidence among our shareholders if the OS was drastically decreased.
