You completely ignore the fact that there will be new BOD MEMBERS that will have a GREAT SAY SO...
about the money THEY PUT INTO LQMT.....that's why they are on the BOD....that was part of the Agreement for the $50+ Million. You think STEIPP is going to be in control and everyone marches lock step to his ideas?? They are putting two or three of their OWN PEOPLE on the BOD....to make sure
that money is used to raise the PPS and the COMPANY.
