That's a great point that is often easy to forget. Lugee is putting in 63 mill. I think he's going to want a lot of say in operations, along with 3 Board seats. However, there's no counting on that until the other 55 Mill is wired in from China! I'll believe it when I see it!

It's going to be very interesting to see how Steipp and Lugee work together, if at all! No unicorns here!!!
