I don't believe for a second that Benny will get his act together and get all the paperwork caught up, until he is prepared to do the reverse stock split. It is very obvious that he has no allegiance to his stock holders and feels entitled to control every facet himself.

That said... can someone please give us a 30 second run down on why that would be horrible for the long timers or investors holding over 125,000,000? I want to make sure I fully understand the ramifications of what that will entail. Thanks!
