I meant to call NV and confirm sales is considered part of labor, but if it is, mcig can have an agent sell on behald of a cultivator if the cultivator is willing to register the agent under their establishment. If mcig goes this route, it allows them to foot the expense of initial sales and establishing the brand. I'm not sure if this is the real plan, or if they even have a deal with a cultivator to do this, as i don't view the last pr as proof of anything.

You are correct about services, and i want to follow up with NV on the dispensary regulations, and if they allow the dispensary to handle product for the purpose of rolling Js, but my morning got sidetracked and i likely won't get to it until next week. I trust you though if you want to call them today. There is language that states they can't remove product from the case until it's ready to be dispensed. That seems restrictive, but if true, I'm wondering how mcig can get around that in order to provide services.

If you do call, ask if an independent contractor with an agent certificate can perform direct sales on behalf of the mme provided the mme has registered them.
