I think what he' saying, or at least what I envision is a partnership type of sales channel

in insurance if you do not have a license to operate in a particular market, you can partners with someone who does and utilize their sales force to make the sale. You utilize your brand and product to sell and you "share the risk".

If this is what MD is speaking about. Then MCIG/Rollie would need to partner with another company with the MME license and allow them to sell their product via that channel and they will both have skin in the game.

AGain the only reason for an MME holder to do this would be for utlizing a brand name.
