I did not have the energy to write this. Thanks. Due to legacy issues of IMSC, 180mm shares are out there and this will correspond to the 40% of the pro forma company which is exciting to say the least. RS will not matter if they manage to get up to Nasdaq. I don't remember Fox covering us in any extensive form for years, even the idea generated this much publicity. Think about when the details and the new products come in.
