Just for the record? R/S's are usually last ditch approaches to increase the SP of a company being threatened with a delisting due to an eroding SP.

Is a brand new company (Zapata/Imsc) that is debt free with a technology everyone is talking about using a R/S to get listed on par with the failing company getting delisting notices?

Not quite but good try.
