People: This company is called a penny stock shell, because there is no verifiable record of income as ifcr is very delinquent in SEC filings. The only income is stock manipulation for insiders. Whatever happened last year when ifcr stopped filing to the SEC is when the more obvious scamming came out. But it was a scam all along. The only thing ifcr hasn’t done yet is to file a form 15 to go dark. Probably after the r/s.
This will never stop until the ticker is revoked, because even delisted, it still can sell on the grey. The reality is regular shareholders own nothing in ifcr, have no votes and only exist in STREET NAME with the brokers. CEO’s and insiders don’t think of common shareholders as people only sheeple. And any one on a forum board who claims contact with these eco’s are paid promoters or insiders trying to keep the active group of common shareholders interested. As even sub penny pps is making the insiders money every day because they got their shares for FREE. So even the small moves that readers can do for the stock is still gravy for these ceo/owners.
Has any of the common shareholders ever called the offices? I doubt it. CEo’s do not waste their time on a penny stockholder phone call. For one thing, principals can’t reveal information to a shareholder on the phone as that is considered insider information. There is NOTHING different a corporate officer can say on the phone that isn’t already public knowledge. It’s illegal. No real people call companies of penny stock they hold.
Every stock board on Ihub have the same claims and they’re all phony. Promoters will have the same sentence on every board they inhabit that “I just called the ceo and he said…” Pure baloney.
I know 4 full time traders, one of them also does forex, 2 of them do 6 figures regularly (this is very hard to do) and all of them have separate accounts for otc stock only. None have them EVER called a company of any penny stock they are flipping. EVER. Upon asking them how come, every one answered “why, they are all phony and lie completely and you're going to talk to the guys that make up the lies?”.
