Carbolosic Holdings never had a license. I cant speak to what seafox knows or doesnt know. I can say that i have reviewed the license's myself. The original Master as well as all subsequent ammendments of which there are three. At no time did a company called carbolosic Holdings hold the License. That was part of a web of company's created by the original licensee Cox to create confusion with his original shareholders. it is one of the first issues ALLM then AMG Holdings, Inc. had to deal with in cleaning up his issues. That is old news, it was cleaned up with several very prominent law firms and the help of the University, several years ago. ALLM went into this know it was going to have to be done and that is the reason it is partnered with Thor on Carbolosic. LTE - Have you reviewed the Master License and amendments? Did you know there were 3 amendments? It doesnt matter what Blair had on his site. he was fooled by the same bad actor that others were, COX. Not sure what your angle is here but these are simple facts.
