This company is legit. Whether they will turn profit or not is a different question. On my end i did verify that they indeed own the land and core samples are certified. They also have a stake at the Graphene 3D Lab.
Best advice is to do your own DD and decide yourself. All of us here think this company has a shot but as overlordpeter said, you better invest money you can afford to loose especially in penny land.
