Where does the 30 days come from?

Right, not til it's approved, so 30 days, I suspect if sglb is ready to go, they may announce good news at this upcoming ER then after a couple weeks of possible increased pps, utilizing the S1 to maximize proceeds with the least amount of dilution.

If we don't hear any good news this er it could be anytime. I'm hoping the news comes this er so we know we have about 2 weeks before the s1 will be ready and we're not surprised on a random day and
