Obviously the majority of float are held very tightly by those New strong hands and Old stucked shareholders (who bought TYTN before the big R/S)! Which is why no any sale at all even there was an huge rising bid. Only less than 2M shares of Hyper Tiny float available for trading during the past few years! Which means with only a couple of millions shares of trading volume TYTN can easily hit the Multiple Pennies again...
