Way back then I was holding my IMSC position long term and didn't trade it. Things changed so i bailed just above $1 and never had a "long term" position since then. This year I only traded it once as I found it very unpredictable.

I don't think BK is possibility simply because ETD is absolutely worth more than the debt. I also don't see anything illegal here... Just poorly managed company and it's certainly not a crime.

Good luck with your position, I may join when the dust settles and if they will somehow gather at least $35 million to work with.
