I am not sure what you are talking about changing fixed % unless the formular is using % of Portfolio Control.

The orriginal Aim formular used % of Stock Value.
(SV - PC) - 10% SV = ORDER SIZE . If order size > 5% SV then BUY

Again I dont understand what you are talking about changing.
