Azure Minerals Limited is an Australia-based company engaged in the exploration of precious and base minerals in Mexico. The Company's projects include Promontorio (a Copper-Gold-Silver reserve), San Agustin Project and Alacran. Its other projects consist of Telix (a Graphite reserve), El Tecolote (a Copper-Zinc-Silver reserve), Loreto (a Copper reserve) and Panchita (a Gold reserve). The Promontorio Copper Project is located in the northern Mexican state of Chihuahua. The Promontorio property consists of four adjoining mineral concessions totaling of approximately 10,520 hectares. The San Agustin Project is located in the central Mexican state or Durango. The Alacran Property is located in the northern Mexican state of Sonora, approximately 50 kilometers south of the United States. The Alacran Property covers over 50 square kilometers of exploration ground in the middle of a North America-based copper-producing district that extends from northern Mexico into Arizona.
