For the record I have no problems with any changes you make as long as they are factual and your personal biased on a given topic is not included in it (good or bad).
IMO the intro is not a place for opinion it should be balanced and have both good and the bad of the companys actions so that anyone who knows nothing about the stock can get a full picture.

As an example...

What "several"?

Last I knew they only had nemegosenda and shining tree

What "favorable results"?
As far as I can find shining tree just popped up in 2009 and it was not until q4 that they tested shining tree at all.
Following that testing as far as I remember they never diversified by adding new properties at all.
