I wonder if Adam Tracy shared with the new owners the fact that Goff is part of an ongoing SEC Complaint against several offshore brokers for illegal share selling activity

I wonder if that ongoing litigation could lead to any road blocks for the new owners down the road especially once some of the individuals charged in related criminal Indictments (like Phil Kueber and Gregg Mulholland for example) get sentenced.

Do dirty shells previously used for criminal activity that are involved in active litigation cost less?
