Absolutely right. Ed is trying it on and he needs to be thwarted. I am interested in comment on the idea of submitting a proposal to limit the new authorisation to 50m shares. Authorisation should also be subject to the presentation of a comprehensive business plan for the next 12 months by the BOD. They are in fantasyland thinking success will come from more of the same. This is a serious post and such a proposal will be made if there is a positive reaction albeit anecdotal. We must have accountability !!
