I talked to this guy a little while ago. Joenito Soon. Who is trying to sell Angel Star internationally (not in China IMO).

He said the registration proces is taking a long time. So he wasn't focusing on selling powdered milk at the time. The registration process is a done deal in China, that is why I concluded he wants to sell it internationally. He seemed very open, and I could have asked him more questions. But I'm not sure I want to go down that road. Just a news tidbit I haven't shared before.
