It was not confidence that they could do it themselves. It was the desire to NOT have anyone with experience or knowledge stop them from setting up the company to do exactly what it has done for the past 11 years.

Deliver money to Diwan and Seymour. That is the purpose of the company, always has been. The 'cides are simply the facade.
