A few days ago was an announcement about a shareholders meeting on Sept 15th in Salt Lake City. I believe the location was rather unusual, as it will be held in a law office rather than convention or civic center.
I have checked the MZEI Website and have not located the press release about the meeting. Does anyone have the specific information, including the meeting registration procedure you can share?
Is my memory correct on the location? If so and they are not going to post information on their website, could leadership have ulterior motives? Could it be they don't desire shareholder attendance and participation? Just asking.
