bluechip$, PERFECT, the last week 80-100, never 101 from the day I started. Yes I do make diet I can say better diet mostly at night. My doctor told me yesterday if you keep these numbers for 6 weeks the hemoglobin A1C will come down about 5.6-5.8 that is in the normal rage. 5 months ago the A1C was 7.5 I can't believe it. I hope and I wish to work for everybody. My doctor told me that some body else told him that he takes the same but it took 15 days to start to see better numbers.
