There have been thousands of investors who were swindled by Seymour and Diwan. Perhaps even tens of thousands.

How can anyone know what percentage of them are happy to shrug off being among the thousands of saps who made Seymour and Diwan millionaires?

Whatever the actual percentage is, I doubt it's 99%.
