The confidence that ISC seems to have that this acquisition will be possible, and the excitement that Zapata seems to have - you have seen THIS right? - along with the fact that we have multiple bidders (in most camps that would be called a 'bidding war'), suggests that the price could/will be well north of the $125 million that necessary for the acquisition to happen.

L-3 raised their top price on pending acquisitions (2 in the security detection area) from $200m to $300m just a few months ago, with their President and CEO saying ' I mean things are opportunistic right, so we -- it's got to be more, and I think it's got to be bigger.', remember? Any guesses as to why?

Shock may soon be replaced with excitement.
