Actually it does. Making it legal everywhere would make the leaf more acceptable in our culture along with the products that also feature the same pics. Which is why they changed the picture on the cans to get away from the leaf. If it was legal everywhere and more acceptable, they wouldn't have to worry about that.

This has nothing to do with RMHB hemp infused beverages
