AGAIN, the Company is not an SEC registrant. Therefore, they cannot file an 8-K, which means you will NEVER see one regardless.
If people are going to invest in penny stocks, they should learn the difference between an SEC registrant, and their regulatory obligations, and the POS companies that are not which means they have no regulatory obligations to inform shareholders. Non-SEC registrants make no filings with any securities regulator. None. The only regulator they have to satisfy is the Secretary of State in their State or Commonwealth of Incorporation, and quite often they can't (or won't) do those, either.
