Hi observe21,

Thanks for the compliment!

1. Do we have a 150-day deadline in place for the appellate or any other pivotal case?

The rules of federal civil procedure give 150 days from the day of filing of a case in federal court for a ruling to be made. So any case that is in federal court, including the appellate court, gets 150 days for a ruling. State court cases are ruled by the rules of the state...so the time issue can be different on those. For the appellate case, I believe 150 days is up in about 9 weeks.

2. What is your guesstimate for the probabilities of affirm, reverse, vacate, or remand rulings?

I wouldn't be able to venture a guess...but as Ive said before, this case hinges on whether the court believes that the government acted as a Conservator is required to act under the law or not. If the court finds that the gov did not act as an appropriate Conservator, then HERA is moot and shareholders should win a full reversal of the NWS and perhaps an end to the current Conservatorship. If the courts affirm the actions that the gov took as Conservator, then not only will the NWS remain in effect, but there will be an effective green light by the courts for Conservatorship to continue indefinitely.

This is the hub issue in my opinion and will decide if your shares are worth 30 or worth 0.
