There is no risk for these crooks except for real exceptions.

Years ago, I had a stock I traded for years accumulating profits and free shares, till it became official the affair was a total scam.(I mentally wrote off these shares Worth Nothing anyhow).

One very large shareholder decided he was not to let it go without appropriate result. He sued, got the scammner in jail (only one month however). The head scammer and his accomlpices (accountants, lawyers, ...) were jointly sued and they were condemned to pay $ 100,000,000, amount carrying interest till paid.

Obviously this asset never was collected but still it was financial asset potentially worth something for someone (X cents in the $).

Those in charge of it however wanted to make this asset more concrete and decided to let it sleep till they were able to render it more concrete. They still work at it and the stock is now worth something again (currently between 10 and 15 cents).

The final outcome is still unknown but whatever happen, this mentally written off asset of mine is now worth something relatively significant yet to be defined.

I doubt someone owning shares herein will go thru the same exercise and therefore, our crook will keep the stolen money, whatever asset this outfit may represent or not and willo probably initiate another scam in the future.

That's the risk of playing these small sub penny stocks.

Patiently,

Roger
