You would think the company would be PR'ing the hell out of this. One of our lead people on the Surgeons advisory board giving a keynote adress on surgical robotics at a major physicians conference.

What the hell is wrong with these people! They are taking at 1960's approach to PR in a 21st century business environment! Its all about the noise baby - and especially if you have the goods and team to back up the noise...
