Ok now what,-maybe something good here, despite the dilution and familiar pattern of R/S.

1. If they had any good news, it should have been released first so the stock would pop and a higher sales price achieved on the offering with less dilution.

2. Unless the deal was to let the institutional investor get in at a good price.

3. Infers they have a viable product if someone willing to commit 2 mil. They must see something we don't.

4. Just as long as investor is not kopf. Could be scon's partner.

5. This is an insider's vote of confidence. If they wanted the tech.. could get it in BK court cheaper if that was a possibility. Apparently they don't think it is. Something good must be on the near horizon.
