If I am able to get out of this at above .10 I won't pursue a lawsuit against these two David Jones and meris kott. If I am stuck in this then I will go to the feds and get a lawyer with everything I know and apparently what David Jones led others to believe also. If everyone is able to share their stories with the investigators and they are similar, then we would have a pretty good case.
