If i believed I had been defrauded
i would have the b--ls to sue.

My point is that all the grousing here about corporate lies and deception is just blowing off steam. No one here truly believes this is anything more than ordinary failure to reach a very lofty and noble goal. Nothing more nothing less. If they did they would bring a law suit.

In the words of Emerson “Your actions speak so loudly, I can not hear what you are saying.” The lack of any law suit having been brought says it all...no one believes there is a cause of action here. And it's becasue there is no cause of action.
