I'm not worried about a RS on Tro@

The share price is so low and the SS is so small it won't bother me one bit. I also am not going to assume one is going to happen because LOTE had one. 2 companies that have zero in common. 2 diff CEO's as well.

I've seen plenty of Mergers without RS's or small ones or even ones years later after the Share price has appreciated to where they want.

I appreciate the heads up and am fully prepared for all cases.

Just have a good feeling TRO@ Management will do the right thing.
