I've been in stock markets long enough to understand that a lot cannot be mentionned in PR's or NR's (buyouts, mergers, whatever).

This being said:

- How many outstanding share do we have out there? How many are being issued and who for (lawyers, accountants, ...)

- Do we have courts cases ongoing? What are they all about? Who is on the 'defense side). If so, there must be publicly available court documents available (Where)

- whatever ...

These are subject shareholders should be kept aware of on a regular basis. It however seems not important for our management to keep us DULY up to date.

By the way, if and when efforts were made but did not succeed, would it not be appropriate to inform us (At least we would know they did work on Something).

In any case, I just outline my frustration with our management way to keep us inform very well knowing they cannot care less. Tough!


I do not know so much, in this case I do not know anything except that the management claims (annually) they work for our good.

Sorry but that is not enough.
