No idea. I see another one of Bill's shell companies ran a recent promo. My experience with Bill's tickers is seeing numerous LOI's without any follow up info, and then a new LOI going in a new direction. LOI's are worthless in my opinion. Just a tool to hook buyers into buying shares.
