Cyclone is never wrong nor misses schedules. At least, that is the impression you would get from their press releases. For a number of years they have been announcing milestones and, when these are not met, they simply act like the milestone had never been set and simply move on forward. There's no explanation as to why they failed to meet their commitment, what remedies are being made (if any) and no updates showing they are still dedicated to meeting the established goal. Instead they simply make new announcements and expect listeners to treat these with respect while their previous plans are officially ignored. Does anyone have a press release explaining why the CombiLift engine still awaits delivery? At this juncture I wonder if even the most diehard Cyclone supporter has finally weighed the history against the promise and reached the inevitable conclusion.
