Apparently the CEO only will do a reverse for uplisting purposes. There is no need for them to reverse here. Uplisting would only occur if they get through PTAB- this is all known from the CEOs own comments.

As for dilution, this is probably what's happening now to pay the final bill for the PTAB lawyers is my guess.
