agree - if this looks like all sorts of 'new' shares are coming in then questions....my question to mgt is how many shares from past mgt are not evident to a clear read of the financials

again trying to see the upside ...to dilute shares - they didn't need to do the RS...the only upside is they leverage that into news and real activity...and maybe even the rare situation of a real company...
