Why are funds never "clear" on iHub?

Every time I read about an amazing new opportunity, it seems those who would really really wish to buy into that opportunity (and, more importantly, have OTHERS buy into that opportunity) have unclear funds, and have to wait an interminable amount of time before those funds somehow become "clear."

However, when I look at those amazing opportunities, it's obvious that having unclear funds is a really good thing, because it apparently allows one to buy shares at much lower prices - usually the lowest point in recorded history - once those funds do finally become "clear."

Having "clear" funds apparently is also directly connected to "playing with free shares."

It this perhaps a Scientology thing? How do I get me some of those unclear funds?
