I suggest that the shares dumped are NOT Mr. Forsythe's... He is the only listed officer and was the driver of the resignations and importantly the follow up investment is PS standing.

To think he sold a few hundred thousand @ .01 after investing much more in legal and accounting fees makes little sense.

More likely to my mind is this may be dumping by the preceding preceding mgt / Michael Molin of Vega ( previous COB that drove company into ground) or even the past Vencor holders.

If that is the case ( my bet) is that a RM is on - and at .008 represents a likely 10x plus move forward once it happens.

My hope is that they are taking these shares in...
