Scissors” graphic may be used on your website as a button to yours or other deals or as a button to your posting(s) on future Deal-X Technologies websites.
There is no exclusivity of the graphic created by the purchaser and graphic may be duplicated by others. For example, a “Hot Deals - X” graphic may be created by one or several other users.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to defend their trademarks and/or service marks and to adhere to and respect the registered trademarks and service marks of other companies as well as the
company brands of others.
