Things change with PTOI all the time loanranger.
No one could prove those 12,500 shares being sold every day since August 2015 were part of the settlement in December 2015, so some could claim that they were manipulation back then.
Now, after another 7 months of the same trades happening every single day the mantra has to change or all credibility would be lost by denying obvious reality.

Wait a minute! Are you saying that those 12,500 share trades that we have been seeing every doo-dah-day for months are actually related to the 3,000,000 shares issued in settlement of the class action suit?
I thought for sure it was just some kind of unexplained chicanery that the CE's were up to. Didn't you tell us that for months? What changed your mind?
